EATRAIN is back!
Our 3 hour workshop is all about building your fitness towards a body composition that’s unique to you. This workshop focuses on the how to’s of individualising body fat loss and increasing muscle mass.
* We kick start with a 1 hour talk by myself about nutritional modifications for body fat loss and increasing muscle mass.
*You will then get moving with HIIT workout by Balboa Zurich
*We end the workshop with high protein meal together created by roots and this sets the seen for our Q&A!
