This workshop is all about your baby’s first foods and how to introduce solids safely. As a dietitian and a mother, this workshop is based on current dietary guidelines as well as my own personal journey with my now 1 year old.

We will cover:

Understanding babies’ motor skills and how that matches textures
Food choices and texture upgrades to suit every stage
Foods to avoid
How to deal with fussy eaters

You’ll also be introduced to yamo – The rising Swiss start up providing organic, fresh and healthy baby-food with the support of numerous nutritional and paediatric medical consultants.

Cost: CHF 65 pp (Kids are welcome and attend for free)
