She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Monash University\, Australia)\, a Master of Advanced Studies in Nutrition and Health (ETHZ) and is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and Sports Dietitians Australia. Being a globe-trotting dietitian\, she has extensive experience in clinical practice\, nutrition consulting and health promotion\, working in Australia\, the UAE and Switzerland. Her main areas of specialty include digestive disease\, sports nutrition and weight management to name a few and works with popular brands and selected partners such as Roots\, Balboa\, FCZ and Simply Soup here in Zurich.\n“Healthy comes in different shapes and forms so forget about a “one-size fits all” approach.” \n** Deddou Burkhard – Yoga Teacher & Founder of POP UP YOGA\nAfter completing yoga retreats in India\, Australia and South Africa\, and trainings in Geneva\, Mexico and her teacher trainings in New York City\, the former dance teacher started her own yoga classes under the label POP UP YOGA in Switzerland in 2012.\nToday Deddou is known as a creative and passionate yoga teacher (800h YTT) in the local yoga community. She teaches yoga\, meditation and mindfulness under the label POP UP YOGA in and around Zürich. In addition to exciting collaborations and partnerships with brands such as Alnatura Schweiz\, tibits AG\, Kunsthalle Zürich\, Giardino Hotel Group and the lifestyle expo Livelife \, Deddou is coordinating a donation based Charity Yoga called Guerilla Yoga Zug\, and is also the head-teacher and founder of a 250h Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training based in Zürich.\nYou can work with Deddou in private set-ups for one-on-one therapeutic yoga classes\, but also in group courses\, yoga retreats and workshops tailored to specific needs.
