Part 1: Yummy Mummies – The Postnatal Yoga & Nutrition Workshop

Join Sandra Mikhail from Nutrition A-Z: Simple Sound & Interactive and Liora Lilienfeld from Liora Lilienfeld Yoga for a 2 part workshop series that’s all about mummy and baby.
Part 1: Yummy Mummies
The Program:
* 10-11 Yoga for Mums & Mums to be with Liora
* 11-11:15 Healthy Delights
* 11:15-12:00 Postnatal nutrition and “The Mum Bod”
* 12:00 Goodie Bags
With Liora, you will enjoy a 60 minute postnatal yoga class and recharge your batteries: We will breath, stretch, build strength and relax. Physical and mental well-being after birth will be promoted, and muscle tone, stability and physical strength systematically re-established.
Sandra will then cover the following during her talk including an introduction to her “Mum Bod Program”:
*Essential nutrients for recovery post-birth
*Breastfeeding requirements for women who choose to breastfeed
*Basics of meal prep
*Balancing your nutrients at meal time
